from afar I was thinking to myself, did he get a tattoo on his neck o.o... but then I opened up the picture and no... hehe. Cute though.
I arrived in Portland on St Patrick's Day, and a stick on green shiny tattoo became part of the festivities.
I didn't complain. I was happy.
